The Only Competition That Matters

The Only Competition That Matters

The National Association of Realtors reported last week that 124,000 agents are expected to leave the business in 2025, an 8% decrease in the number of Realtors nationwide. At the same time, NAR forecasts a 9% increase in home sales next year.

For many of you, this might feel like cause for celebration: less competition for listings, more opportunities to grow. It’s a chance to weed out the part-timers, the get-rich-quick dreamers, and those who aren’t fully committed to this business.

But what if I told you that your competition isn’t who you think it is?

It’s not about the agents leaving the industry. It’s not about the agent next door. Your only real competition is you. The question isn’t how you stack up against others—it’s how you measure up to your own greatness.

What the “One-of-One” Mindset Means for You

In my coaching, I teach a methodology that gives new meaning to competition. If there is truly only one of you—your skills, your experiences, your unique way of connecting with clients—who are you really competing with?

You’re competing with the version of yourself that:

  • Second-guesses your potential.
  • Settles for “good enough.”
  • Holds back from leaning fully into your greatness.

When you embrace the one-of-one mindset, you:

  • Focus on growth rather than comparison.
  • Set goals that align with the best version of you.
  • Build a business that reflects your unique strengths and values.

Your Opportunity in 2025

The opportunities may not be exponential, but for those who commit to personal growth and professional excellence, this year will reward you in ways the numbers alone can’t predict.

This isn’t just another year in real estate; it’s your chance to redefine your path.

Let’s Build Your One-of-One Strategy

I’m here to help you lean into your potential and create a plan that’s tailored to you. Together, we’ll turn 2025 into the year your unique greatness shines.
